Shiva Statue

Next up on the papercraft docket is the Shiva statue from tomb Raider 3. They are huge black figures with 6 swords held in their hands. Some are immobile and are just statues, others however are far more dangerous and actually come to life when Lara gets too close. If Lara shoots at them, they will guard their bodies with their swords. She cannot harm them in this case. She has to provoke them to open their arms again.

Periapt Shard + New Poster

Up next is the Periapt Shard from Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness. Lara Croft discovers one of these three crystalline shards exploring the galleries of the Louvre "after hours." Lara secures her second shard in an encounter with Kurtis Trent in a wing of Eckhardt's Lab, and the third in Eckhardt's Lab itself. Lara soon finds out that these shards are needed to take down the evil ahead.

Giant Mutant Egg

Next up from Tomb Raider 1 is the Giant Mutant Egg from the Atlantis portion of Tomb Raider. After Jacqueline Natla acquired all 3 pieces of the Scion, she returns to the Atlantean pyramid to activate the scion and bring about the "seventh age." As Lara shoots the scion, Natla dives at her, sending them both falling to the pits of lava below, but Lara managed to catch a ledge at the last second. Just as it seems that Lara is in the clear, a countdown begins and reaches zero, upon which the giant sphere above Lara bursts and the Giant Mutant emerges.

Triumphant Return

Yes!! I finally have my camera back and can start building models again (I needed to the camera to take pictures for instructions as I went:) I've already begun work on a new project, but thought I'd update on behalf of the poster front. Glad to be back!

I know, I know, I haven't' posted in while. I lost my camera, so i can't make instructions, but that doesn't mean I haven't been working on things! I've been replaying older games to get new ideas for models. I just finished Tomb Raider 1's Gold levels, and am currently working on Tomb Raider 2 and it's Gold levels and have come up with plenty of ideas :) I've also made significant headway with my posters, though I do miss my papercrafting. Hopefully, i;ll have my camera back soon, but here are some screen grabs of what I'm up to (series veterans ought to recognize these) :)

The Plight of Mountain-Dwelling Explorers

Anyone who's played a Tomb Raider game recognized the sound of a boulder chasing after them and knows that fast thinking is the only thing to save you now. Not only do these boulder crush you if you get anywhere near them, but they roll considerably faster than you do. Luckily, this boulder isn't going anywhere.

In Tomb Raider 2, Lara pilots a plane in an escape from Marco Bartolli's offshore oil rig to the mountains of Tibet, where her aircraft experiences engine failure and crashes in the mountains. Ever the action hero, Lara grabs a parachute and yanks herself out of the plane before it detonates, leaving her stranded in the mountains. Lara's trek leads her through the mountains, and one step closer to stopping Bartolli and getting the Dagger of Xian.

In fulfilling my obligated "at least one Lara per month" quota, I decided to make a diorama. I always liked this level of Tomb Raider 2, and thought that the boulder and spike traps combined would add a needed sense of excitement. Note that the model is pretty small and is really not for beginners :( If people have problems, I'll resize it for everyone, but note that it is doable!

Gaining Perspective

Red Raptor

Now that Ninjatoes has released his T-rex model, I can can release my red Raptor model from Tomb Raider 3! (It made sense to relase them in tandem:)

Lara first encountered the raptors in Peru in Tomb Raider 1. After venturing into the Lost Vally, Lara was surrounded by Velociraptors, soon followed by a T-rex

In Tomb Raider 3, Lara again encounters the deadly dinosaurs in the South Pacific, hunting the mercenaries around a plane crash.

Triangle of Light

Here's another quick model while I continue work on my next project (which is red and sharp :): The Triangle of Light from the first Tomb Raider movie. After finding a mysterious ticking clock hidden in her house by her late father, Lara is sped into a race against the Illuminati cult to retrieve the two halves of the Triangle of Light, which is rumored to have been forged thousands of years ago from a meteor that struck earth and gave it's wielder untold power.

It's a fairly simply model and shouldn't take long. Enjoy!

The Last Piece of the Puzzle

I have finished the mural! Now that I'm done with that (done in a sense, I'm not done making my posters :), I can get back on track with the papercraft projects in my WIP folder, which, might I add, literally has over 100 files in it :D. I'm working on quite a few Lara's, as well as another special model. I've also recently come into some nice Metroid Prime models and do believe I'll work on making some of those in papercraft as well. More soon!

Ooh, Pretty Colors...

So I suppose I should explain why I haven't released anything new...becasue I am obligated to explain my movements to the anonymous masses that read my blog. So I was staring at the wall the other day and realized that it needed some sort of poster or picture. Unfortunately, I have no posters or pictures to pin up on my wall, which brought about the idea of making my own! I couldn't really think of what to make into a poster, until I looked down at my television, running Tomb Raider: Underworld, and decided that to make some Tomb Raider posters. This started a project I've been working on, creating a mural of the box art from the eight released Tomb Raider games, plus a little extra. So far I'v completed Tomb Raider I-IV, and am still going strong with my colored pencils and staying inside the lines.

I tried to make a papercraft model, but my dog ate it, so I took that as a sign.

I realize that this blog has somewhat spun out of my hands and into a portal from Tomb Raider and papercraft fans alike, but if I can get away with posting about chocolate bars and keys, then I think some Tomb Raider fan art will pass :) Hopefully new crafts coming soon!

England Gold Artifact

Here's another quick update: the gold artifact from England. As Lara's exploration into the true Excalibur myth progresses, she must break into a run-down side-show-esque King Arthur museum in England. Deep below the museum lies the true grave of the legendary King Arthur, and another piece of Excalibur. These ancient crosses are scattered throughout the ruins.
I've already begun work on a lot of the suggestions from the ShoutBox, so stay tuned!

Skull Key

Here's a quick update while I finish up a few models: the Skull Key. In Tomb Raider 3, Lara travels to the South Pacific where she finds a small Skull key, allowing her further access through the dense tropical jungle and deeper through her jounrey towards the Ora Dagger.

Lara Stealth

FINALLY, I am able to release the stealthy Angel of Darkness Lara. As Lara's investigation into the death of her mentor, Werner Von Croy, develops, she must break into the Louvre in order to infiltrate the tombs underneath the public galleries. Starting off in the sewers, Lara advances into the public galleries and has to deal with the night guards without raising suspicion. Lara must use her new sneak technique to creep through the galleries, taking out guards and slipping past security cameras to unlock the secrets beneath.

This is easily my biggest model yet. First and foremost, note the eye in the picture. It is NOT a proper representation of the finished product. Not only have I fixed the eye in the actual template, but I used the wrong paper in developement and my superglue spilled all of the face dugin construction. still looks good though :) the model took me about a week, hence the lack of recent posting. That, plus...

POSSIBLE TOMB RAIDER IX INFO LEAKED! On saturday afternoon, possible concept art of the next Tomb Raider game was released. While Eidos hasn't yet confirmed or denied this concept art as legitimate, they have issued stern orders to take down the pictures, hinting at the art's legitimacy. I'm thrilled and you should be too ^_^. Check it out over at Tomb Raider Forums

Dioramas!

Elso from over at Elsocraft has combined Saschacraft and Ninjatoes Tomb Raider models to make a truly creative diorama! This is really fantastic and creative use of exsisting models to make something completely new (Is that dead Lara swimming?!) This is really neat, as well as appreciated! Thanks again Elso! (He has step-by-step instructions to the diorama's recreation here)

Amanda's Shoe

So in the process of fixing up my blog and making sure that everything looks as neat and proper as possible, a lot a feedback is required. This is one of my earlier models I;m releasing with picture instructions and a logo on the template. Let me know what you guys think! (Also, the picture quality will be improving :)

When Lara was 16, she embarked on a school trip to a excavation site in Peru with her classmates. during the excavation, an unknown entity ambushes Lara and her fellow students inside the caves of the excavation site, leaving only Lara and her friend, Amanda Evert, to escape.

Years later, Lara travels to Bolivia to examine a stone dais resembling one from her past, where she catches a glimpse of a woman bearing striking resemblance to her presumably lost friend. Returning to Peru many years later, she revisits the excavation site and the last known location of Amanda, to find a single shoe where her body should have been.

Chocolate Bar

Here's a quick model to keep updates flowing while I'm working on my next big project, and I mean it's a very quick model...it's 2 pieces.

Considered the low point of the Tomb Raider series, Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness almost killed off the Tomb Raider franchise with its record-low sales figures and complaints of bugs, awkward controls, and the infamous Kurtis Trent, but all of that is for another post. Despite the low critic scores, the game holds a strong fanbase and I personally didn't find it TOO bad :)

I was always puzzled by the chocolate bar. Angel of Darkness added a new health option to the large and small health pack system with the chocolate bar, providing easy access to small health boosts over the paris portion of AOD. I never quite understood chocolate's amazing ability to heal bullet-wounds, but hey, weirder stuff has happened in this game.

PS- Special thanks to Toxicraider over at Tomb Raider Forums for all of the help extracted all of the AOD models :D

Ninjatoes

So I am sure that all of you savy papercraft-ers are familiar with Ninjatoes, the modeler of the Legend Lara, Lara on her ATV, and MANY others. He is now working on the Extreme Depth Suit from Tomb Raider: Chronicles and if you like ANY of the things here, then you will go nuts for the quality and quantity of ninjatoes's work.

Not only is he a fantastic model designer, but I owe him everything I've done papercraft-wise so far. He put up with my total lack of modeling knowledge and gave me everything I needed to start my own stuff and deserves all of the thanks for how I got where I am today. His work is well known for its buildability, its clear and helpful instructions, and its fantastic final result. He was and is a big inspiration for doing my own stuff, and if you haven't checked him out yet, then what are you waiting for?! GO!

Dead Lara

So I was browsing through the object files of the first tomb Raider game, looking for interesting things to bring to life in paper when I stumbled upon a Lara Croft torn to shreds complete with a dying animation. It seems that some of Lara's unfortunate demises in the first Tomb Raider were so great that the warranted their own model of a bloody and beating Lara Croft. While I'm not entirely sure where this animation/model came into play in the Tomb Raider game, it's certainly significant considering the ENDLESS number of times that videogames' favorite heroine has died on screen.

Dart Tribesman

Finally I am able to release a model from the third Tomb Raider: The Dart Tribesman. As Lara explores the South Pacific, searching for the Ora Dagger, she encounters native tribesman in teh Coastal Village. The Dart Tribesman, one of the two types encountered along with the Axe Tribesman, fires poison darts at Lara, forcing her to use a medipack, unless of course she wants to die. The Tribesman are easily visible when lara crosses into their village here:

Panther

Peru Gold Artifact

Here's a quick release to tide everyone over while I continue work on my extractions from Angel of Darkness (yes, Kurtis too) and Legend. I'll be posting some models to vote on later, but I'll try to keep models flowing as much as possible :)

So here's the Gold Artifact from Tomb Raider: Legend's Peru level. Lara receives a telephone call from an old friend, Anaya Imanu, informing Lara of a stone dais she found in Tiwanaku. After Lara explores the site for herself, with some objection by the "local" mercenaries", Lara meets Anaya in a small town square in Paraiso, Peru, where she is ambushed and must fight her way out of the town and escape on motorcycle. Lara meets up with Anaya at an old dig site from Lara's school days, and Lara must re-explore her past.

Seraph (Gold Angel)

Here's the Seraph artifact from Tomb Raider 2's Maria Doria Level. Lara takes a minisub to the ship wrekc on the bottom of the ocean floor and finds the Seraph deep within. After escaping the wreck, Lara's unfortunate plane crash lands her deep in the Tibetan foothills where she uncovers a hidden temple and a monastery. In the temple, she uses the Seraph and progresses towards the dagger. Also, I know the image shows gray wings, but they're really gold. Pepakura Designer refused to show them in the image.

Next up on the release list is Lara's PDA from Tomb Raider: Legend. The seventh installment in the Tomb Raider series sees Lara with a new gadget to help her navigate the all-too-familiar treacherous tombs and jungles: the PDA.

On a complete tangent, the PDA got me thinking about phones, which got me thinking about my friend Kelly, from The Way I see It. She actually names all of here phones and gives them names, creating a bond before inevitably losing the phone or getting a new one. Kelly is a fantastic friend of mine and we promised to talk about each other in each other's blogs (yes, I'm human, I'm allowed to occasionally blog about things other than papercraft, especially when they're as cool as Kelly). We constantly check the grammar of each other's text messages, act like we dislike each other to make others think we aren't friends (just for fun) and frequently discuss philosophical rhetorical questions such as Civil War reenactments contain blue jeans and why the History channel is such a fascinating portal of unintentional amusement. I frequently consider publishing our conversations, including such statements as "I just saw an alien take out a purse snatcher from 400 yards with an avocado!" and "I love that in your wildest death fantasy, you'll be buried with a five dollar bill. I'd say I'll be there to be sad, but it doesn't sound like you'll be having a funeral". She is fantastic and well deserving of mention in my fledgling portal to the paper world of Lara Croft. So now I've muddled my nice professional-ish blog with personal ramblings and sullied my good name. Congratulations...to me. (Look at all the text you had to read to get to the download link, wow)

Amelia's Pendant

Adding to the wide collection of artifacts from Tomb Raider: Legend is the pendant of Lara's mother, Amelia Croft. As Lara's makes her way through a passage in a secret structure hidden behind a waterfall in Ghana, Africa, a glint catches her eye:

While the cut scene tells us that the pendant is Amelia's, the actual pendant tells quite a different story. the inscription on the back of the pendant actually reads:

To my dearest Lara,
I shall always have you
no matter where
you are.
Keep dreaming.

I guess that the designers originally intended for the pendant to be to Lara from her mother, but changed what it meant later in development. Cool huh?

Giant Spider

Next up is the Giant Spider from Tomb Raider 2. Throughout all of Tomb Raider 2, Lara encountered normal smaller spiders, until she entered the caves levels of Tomb Raider 2 and found their larger counterparts.

Tomb Raider: Underworld Artifact

This is the first in what i hope will be many models from Tomb Raider: Underworld. In Tomb Raider: Underworld, the artifact/treasure system was altered from that of Legend/Anniversary, wherein the game contained 179 of these small artifactsscattered throughout the world, and 6 treasures, as opposed to increasingly hidden categories of level-themed artifacts.

The complexity, intricacy, and detail of the models from Tomb Raider: Underworld make the models very difficult to simplify into buildable formats, but I'm still working on it as much as possible. An Underworld Lara is probably pretty far away, but I'll have plety to keep you occupied until then :)

The poll is quite clear in that you all want completed photos with the models to make things clearer, and I will get on that as soon as possible.

Mining Machine

Here's (Wow, how many of my posts start with "Here's"?) the mining machine from the Natla's Mines section of Tomb Raider. In the first Tomb Raider, Lara sneaks aboard Natla's yacht after diving off Egyptian cliffs to avoid escape and launching herself off of her trademark motorcycle into the ocean. As a reslt of a previous conflict with Natla's goons, Lara has been stripped of her weapons and equipment and must search Natla's mines to re-equip herself, wherin the mining machine serves as a useful tool for blasing through some barriers. The mining machine plays a much greater role in the remake, Tomb Raider: Anniversary, as it carries Lara through confrontations and reveals new sections to explore

Nepal Gold Artifact

Here's another of the artifacts from tomb Raider: Legend, the Nepal Artifact! When Lara travel to Nepal to track down her mother's pendant to reassemble Excalibur and return to the site of her mother's disappearance, Lara seeks this artifact in addition to her main quest

Lara Gym Handstand

Let me just start by saying how pleased I was with how this came out. This is one of my bigger projects and there was a lot of tweaking that had to be done to get this right.

This is a project I have been looking forward to making since I started making my own models last summer. If you've ever played a Tomb Raider game, you probably know the secret animation you get when hanging from a ledge, holding Walk, and then pulling Lara up (Or just holding down the pull-up key in the Crystal Dynamics games): She pulls herself slowing into a handstand (where does she get this strength?!), and gracefully arches her back, touching her left foot back on solid ground and pulling herself back upright, sometimes with only one hand:

I debated over what pose to use for Tomb Raider 1's Gym outfit and thought that this was perfect! The model actually stands up on its own, through it leans on the dropped foot. This is one of the five big projects I have mentioned recently, and I really hope you all enjoy it!(I have many more big projects not yet in development)

Eye of Horus Key Pieces: I'm Still Alive!

Exams are over!! Sorry about the brief hiatus, but I've already begun work on my 50 or so WIPs! In the meantime, I've included a model I finished a while ago: The Eye of Horus Key Pieces

These pieces are from Tomb Raider IV: The Last Revelation. One of the first keys collected by Lara in the 4th entry into the series, The Eye of Horus Key Pieces showed off the new inventory combination system that was introduced in the 4th title. The two pieces, when built, can be put together just as in the game or glued if you like :)

Gorilla

Now for something that anyone who played the original Tomb Raider should recognize: The Gorilla. The Gorilla made its first appearance in the Greece portion of the first Tomb Raider, barreling around the Coliseum and beating its chest.

The model doesn't necessarily stand up on it's own (one of my test builds didn't), but this model is another of the fairly-easy-to-assemble variety.

PLEASE don't forget to submit your requests for models to build. Specifically which version of Lara you want and what to have her doing. I need suggestions for you! I have a few in development, but I want to know what YOU want. :)

Updates, Wonderful Updates

I know that I haven't posted anything new in a few days, which is not what I had intended, but the discovery of the new model production method has led me to begin work on about 50 new projects. While many are close to being ready for build/release, it may be a while, as I want to release the big ones sparingly to keep up anticipation :) Thought I'd let you guys know some of the stuff in production (and believe me, there is A LOT more, this is just stuff close to being done):

Clockwork Scarab

Here's a model of the Clockwork Scarab from Tomb Raider IV: the Last Revelation. Lara can wind up this little mechanical bug and set it on specific paths to have it do her bidding :)

Giant Mutant

This is actually one of my first models that I had completely forgotten about until now: The Giant Mutant. Those of you who played the first Tomb Raider recall this abomination as one of the final bosses in the game. This "thing" bursts forth out of an egg that had, until now, been incubating on the wall of the Atlantean pyramid and promptly sees fit to try and destroy you.

Like I said, this is one of my earlier models and I had a lot of trouble getting both arms to show up properly in the same .pdo, so I just moved them as picture files. It still works, if that's what you're wondering. And I know that the picture of the mutant has no hands, but they are also picture files in the .pdo. Just cut them out and add them. It looks great when it's done!

Weapon Packs

Tokyo Laser Boulder

In Tomb Raider: Legend, Lara has to crash the party of the Yakuza gang boss, Takamoto. After making an explosive entrance, in typical lara fashion, she finds herself scaling the Tokyo skyline to get to Takamoto's floor where he wait with a piece of the Excalibur sword. Takamoto has rigged one of his hallways with a laser grid and machine-gun turret to stop any intruders. The truly daring can slip into a control room and expose the laser grid, and then flip and manuver their way throughh the grid without a scratch. The more straightforward approach is to just grab the large spherical statue of Takamoto's and let it take the heat from the machine gun.

I had no idea what to call this, but it reminded me of a boulder and you pushed it through lasers, so i called it the "laser boulder". The model is actually quite easy to assembly and looks very good when finished.

Senet Pieces

Tomb Raider IV introduced Tomb Raider fans to the game of Senet, an ancient Egyptian board game. Soon after Lara entered the tomb of Semerkhet, she reached a balcony overlooking a giant gameboard and was greeted with the face of Semerkhet. In order to rpgress through the Tomb, lara had to beat Semerkhet in a game of Senet.

This section of the game was almost entirely won by luck. The rules of Senet were never explained in the game and most of the moved were determined by a random outcome of a set of 4 black and white tiles. The best strategy to beat Semekhet, for me at least, was to save the game file at the beginning and keep replaying until, by some chance, I won. Or you could always just do what this person did:

Excalibur

This is without a doubt one of the largest models that I will be posting. i wanted my own life size (yes it's to scale) version of the Excalibur Sword from Tomb Raider: legend, and now I have one!

In Tomb Raider: legend, Lara is off in search of her mother, who disappeared through a portal in a Himalayan temple when lara was only six. The portal was activated when lara tapped a sword in a obelisk and Lara's mother pulled it out in a attempt to save her daughter from the familiar voice on the other side of the portal. As lara continues on her adventure to find out what happened to her mother, many years later, she discovers that in order to reactivate the portal and find out what might have happened to her mother, she has to find a means of activation: the sword. Since her mother took the only sword with her when she dissappeared, lara must reconstruct one of the copies of the sword, which has been shattered and distributed all over the world. Lara travels the world searching for the sword fragments, ultimately discovering that the sword in question which must be placed into an obelisk to reactivate the portal is that same sword from the King Arthur myth; excalibur. Lara finally retrieves all the frapgments and unites them with her mother's pendent, which turns out to be a key. Basically.

The model is 104.7 cm tall (to scale) and I was suprised and pleased with how brilliantly it turned out. I stuffed mine with tissue paper to prevent any sort of cave-ins, but you need to reinforce the handle if you want to wield it. I will probably coat mine in resin to harden it so it lasts longer. The model is tricky, but certainly doable. I really hope you guys like it!

Young Lara's Journal

I was thrilled when I found the 3D model of this to make into papercraft. Tomb Raider: Legend opens with a flashback to Lara's childhood, where she and her mother are in a plane crash in the Himalayan mountains. Six-year-old Lara and her mother survived, and wandered into a nearby temple containing a chamber with an obelisk and 5 pillars, all inscribed with strange and ornate ruins. ever the explorer, Lara documented the chamber in her journal before activating the obelisk and activating a protal to the future, which her mother was caught in and sent to Avalon.

It may not be the same cannon, but by Croft lore, Lara wandered alone through the Himalayan mountains to a mountainside tavern, upon which she used a local phone to call her father and ask if it would be convenient for him to come and get her.

The model is small and tricky, but patience and some building background will ensure a great product. enjoy!

Mansion Gold Artifact

Continuing with the rewards from the Tomb Raider series is the first of the artifacts from Tomb Raider: legend, the mansion gold artifact. Legend completely changed the artifact system in the Tomb Raider games, adding Bronze, Silver, and Gold artifacts in the level based on how hidden they were. Each level had its own different artifact, relating to the culture Lara was delving into at the time. In Croft manor, the artifacts were Croft family crests.

Grapple Unit

Flare

This is one of the simpler models. In Tomb Raider: Legend, Lara has a flashback to an excavation in Peru during her school years. Rather than use her new should-mounted Personal Light Source, as she had been using throughout most of the game, the younger Lara threw old-school tomb Raider fans a bone and used flares to light the way through the excavation site.

Golden Skull

This is the skull reward from Tomb Raider IV: The Last Revelation. The game opens with Lara as a sixteen year-old, on an expedition with mentor Werner Von Croy. The Level, set in Angkor Wat, acts as a training level for Lara, showing the player the ropes as well as giving a little more insight into Lara's history. Scattered throughout the level, in traditional Tomb Raider fashion, were well-hidden rewards, offering the oh-so-sought-after little chime when discovered. The rewards in Angkor Wat were these skulls.
I know that it looks like the model has some white lines, but the finished model doesn't show them at all.

Mutant Natla

Another one of the models I really enjoyed making was Mutant Natla from Tomb Raider 1. Jacqueline Natla approaches Lara Croft in Tomb Raider 1, tempting her with the mythical scion of Atlantis. Not to spoil anything, but let's just say that Natla had some other plans in mind and saw it proper to do away with Lara Croft in the final boss battle.

Natla makes another appearance in Tomb Raider: Underworl and was one of Lara's first adversaries. The model may need some weighted feet to keep it upright, but it looks great when assembled.

Midas Lara

We now move into the era of the better models with the Midas Model of Lara Croft. In the original Tomb Raider, lara had to collect a series of lead bars and take them to Midas's broken statue to turn them to gold, making them keys to a nearby door. Particularly adventurous gamer found that placing Lara on top of the king's severed hand slowly turned the trigger-happy archeologist into a golden relic, much to her own horror.

I tried to capture the same animation used in the game and personally think that it's pretty accurate. This is one of my personal favorites.

Large Medipack

When making this, I had intended to build an arsenal of accessories for the plain Tomb Raider 1 model, but then i learned of other far more interesting prospects and scuttled off to work on my papercrafting ambitions. let me clarify, I called this the small medipack in the file because of it's size when built. Yes, I understand this is the bigger one, hopefully I will make a smaller one as well.

Tomb Raider 1 Lara

This model may still only exist in the instruction-less realm of the PDF, but I really think it's good. Lara strikes no poses or anything like that, but it was a sort of summation of Tomb Raider 1 in a papercraft. I included all of her weapons and two separate bases to put her on per the preference of the builder. I may make more of her from Tomb Raider 1, or I may use this style for some of her other games. Zero Punctuation Papercraft

Yes, I understand that this doesn't pertain to Tomb Raider even remotely (although Yahtzee did review some of her games) but I made it around the time and I like the idea of taking a pleasant trip down memory lane, flooding the internet with my fledgling models before getting to the good stuff. If nothing else, I'm proud of the fact that I did this freehand, calculating the circumference of a stick figure...thanks high-school geometry.
